Our co-founder launched his DSP in 2020 and voluntarily exited in 2024 after insurance costs became unsustainable. Like many operators, he believed strong safety performance was enough. But over time, he realized insurance outcomes were being shaped long before renewal conversations ever began.
That experience led to the creation of GRYPHON.
